1. I am a college student majoring in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology and minoring in Psychology. I am attracted to deviance! LOL

Go Places — I don’t travel much, but when I do I love to take it all in. Being in a new, unfamiliar place intrigues me. The color palette I worked with made the thought of travel even more intriguing!

1. I am a real coffee addict; I can’t imagine having a day without coffee!
2. I love thinking of pranks to joke around the house; examples: I hide at the toilet or under the door window, to scare my hubby or kids when they are coming home * I called up my aunt and told her in a conversation, that you can get insurance for your pet, at the KLM (dutch flying business) * When my son was outside of the house hanging with friends, I took the shower head and opened up the window and made them wet! * I pranked my uncle with a fake police parking ticket and fined him for square parking. 🙂
3. I love Egyptian-style belly dancing and all roller coasters!
4. I wanna see the world; I love traveling… Venice, Vienna, Sicily, London, Paris… I wanna see more.
5. I dislike the autocorrect thing in my iPhone, because in a conversation with Karla about being sick and feeling sick, I wrote something like, “coughing up germs out of my mouth” …and it autocorrected to “sperms come out of my mouth.” I felt embarrassed but Karla nearly peed her pants laughing!

5 FAVORITE THINGS

1. Food: McDonald’s is a FAVE! Wake me up and tell me we are going to McDonalds, and we have a date! And anything pasta-related.
2. Dessert: chocolate mousse.
3. Movies/TV shows: Twilight, Armageddon, Titanic, Bruce Almighty, Vampire Diaries, Charmed, and Grey’s Anatomy.
4. Sports: soccer, belly dancing, and tennis.
5. Actor: I am a fan of George Clooney, Robin Williams, Ben Affleck, Bruce Willis, and Whoopi Goldberg.

It’s Day Ten, and today you get to learn more about Kelleigh Ratzlaff. Not only is Kelleigh our resident hybrid guru (have you seen her papercrafting templates?!… To.Die.For!), but she also makes some amazing hybrid-friendly digital kits that we know you’re just going to adore.

 

5 FUN FACTS

1. I’m the second oldest of 11 kids (my parents run an international adoption agency; falling in love is an occupational hazard).
2. Since we are holding wild animals around here (see Day 1 and Day 4!), I once held a large tarantula in Mexico. I was fine until it started creeping up my arm.
3. I became a runner in my mid/late 30’s and I’ve run 5 half marathons and Hood to Coast relay twice (plus some 5Ks and 10Ks sprinkled in there). It’s never too late!
4. I have my Master’s Degree in Education: Curriculum and Instruction and I used to teach middle school. I’m a SAHM now (with 4 crafty businesses), and love being home (by myself, since my two boys are in school!).
5. I can still do the splits.

5 FAVORITE THINGS

1. Dutch Bros Coffee. The Annihilator, specifically. It totally cures PMS.
2. Breakfast sandwiches: English muffin, egg (fried with a runny yolk from my own sweet chickens), and Tillamook cheese with generous amounts of Franks Red Hot sauce. I could eat them at every meal of the day.
3. Disneyland. I love the magic. I’d like to live in New Orleans Square.
4. SmartWool socks. A necessity in the Pacific Northwest!
5. My husband. People still tease me that I talk about him so much! 17 years and counting! I’m blessed.

MY FAVORITE PRODUCT

I have so much fun with my papercraft templates! If I had to choose just one, I’d probably pick my Cupcake Shaped Box. I created it back in 2009 for a charitable fundraiser, and it has been one of my top-sellers ever since!

1. I could talk before I started walking. I actually told my parents I was going to take my first few steps!
2. I grew up on a farm and used to spend a bit of my free time riding along on the tractor harvesting potatoes. That’s probably why I love them so much!
3. Because I experienced RSI pains in my arm by spending so much time on the computer, I taught myself to use my computer mouse with my left hand (I am right-handed) and now design most of my products with my left hand.
4. I was born and raised in The Netherlands and have lived there for 26 years, but 4 years ago my partner Peter and I moved to Australia!
5. Peter and I are getting married next year! The day we are getting married will also be the day that we are together for exactly 10 years!

5 FAVORITE THINGS

1. Things to watch: TV series like 24, Prison Break and Alias. I can spend hours watching these shows!
2. Quote: A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
3. Place to shop: I absolutely love going to markets, hunting for vintage treasures!
4. Food: I love Greek food, especially the meat. And potatoes of course, LOL!
5. Sports: Volleyball and hiking.

1. I was a competitive cheerleader from 7th grade through college and turned down an offer to be in the first Bring it On movie because of school (my coach at the time made the routines in the movie ^_^ ).
2. I have two sets of back-to-back twins that were both born full term with no complications (thank you God… blessed).
3. I can sing real well but have yet to sing to anyone. I’m always overheard lol! …I’m paralyzingly shy.
4. I’ve been inside the Statue of Liberty. Right up her booty! Yep, it was rad!
5. I believe in unicorns.

1. Art… all kinds. Digital, watercolour, graphic, photography, color, bands, plays… anything. Just give it to me!
2. Crocheting. Love this as a hobby. Good Stuff!
3. Video Games. Mario, Bayonetta, Kingdom Hearts… love it all!
4. Horror Movies. The bloodier the better. I’m also addicted to the dark.
5. Child of the 80’s. Love everything about it. The dress, the music especially. My childhood was nothing but magic ^_^

1. I majored in music education with a piano emphasis in piano. I love playing the piano (*see below).
2. I’m half Puerto Rican. No one believes me, however, because I have fair skin, blonde hair, and blue eyes.
3. My two girls are spaced ten years apart! I have a 1 year old and an 11 year old!
4. I played the trombone in high school. I still get weepy when I watch marching band competitions.
5. I started designing graphics when I was 14. I made websites back in the days of dial-up AOL!
